This was a zine created for anyone unfamiliar with the culture to be able to experience the liveliness of Mazhu Progression, one of the most engaging religious events internationally. During the progression, a progression team would be carrying a shrine, visiting different towns passing fortunes and lucks to the locals. The audience of my zine could be a foreign tourist interested in Taiwan's traditional culture, or even a local that never had the chance to join the progression.
